All
7th grade students attending South Carolina schools will be required to
show proof of Tdap immunization, a booster vaccine that protects
children from three dangerous diseases: tetanus, diphtheria, and
whooping cough. The South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control is offering FREE Tdap shots during a special
clinic on August 17 at Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach from 10 a.m.
to 3 p.m. The clinic can be most easily accessed through the mall
entrance between Dillard’s and Bed, Bath and Beyond.
