Calendar contains two built-in make-up days

The Horry County Schools 2013-2014 calendar has two built in possible make-up days. Monday, February 17 and Friday, March 28 were originally teacher work/staff development days and will now be standard school days. These two dates will serve to make up for two of the four days missed (January 28, 29, 30, 31). The remaining two make-up days have yet to be decided.
